This involves first identifying what you’re actually feeling during a stressor and then learning to recognize and acknowledge the feelings and the emotions behind them. Once you can do this, you can work to lessen your stressors through breathing, meditation, and other relaxation techniques.

We have a lot to be grateful for. And when we can focus on the things that are actually good for us instead of the things that we wish we could change, we can actually do something about them. These are the things that actually make us feel good about ourselves.

You can learn many things about yourself by going out into the world and exploring the world and discovering the world is actually about you. You can discover some of the things you have to work on to make yourself a better person.

The only thing that scares me is the person who doesn’t know about it. I see these things all the time—the ones that make me feel good about myself. And so, I am hoping that the people who will be there will also give me a little bit more of that attention.
