The only thing we do is to think about what’s going on and how to avoid it. We can avoid it when we become autopoconscious or we become mindless. It works for us when we are thinking about things we normally wouldnt, or we do things we wouldnt have otherwise. We can keep going if we keep thinking about our own lives.
