Good point. I have to say, I wouldn’t expect to write my own code that would cause any problems with other websites. It’s not like I need to create a website every time I close a window, or write a little code to see how many pages there are, but it’s a pretty simple web-based process.
The main reason why I am telling you to remove your links is because I am not seeing any good links pointing to your site. There are a lot of bad backlinks, and many of those are from spammy sites. You can remove some of these links, but that can be really hard to do because Google uses the same algorithm as many other websites in making backlinks.
