I am a big fan of the book “The Three Levels of Self-Awareness.” It details a method based on the work of the ancient philosopher Analayo in his book “Self-Awareness: A Guide to Awakening.” He defined awareness as “seeing the present moment as it actually is, not as you wish it were.” The book also explains the three levels of awareness which are the “present, past, and future.

The third level of self-awareness is, of course, the present moment. That’s why we are talking about Colt Vahn, his present moment. The way he sees his own present moment is that he is a Visionary. This means that he’s able to predict what’s going to happen. He sees the future as it will be, not as it is.

This is the definition of awareness. It is like when you see someone after the bus accident, you can see how they are, but you also don’t see them as they really are. When you are aware of your own past, present, and future, you are aware of how you are as a person and how others perceive you. You are aware of your own habits, routines and impulses.

One thing that is very important is awareness of your own habits, routines, impulses and reactions. Even in our day, we often tend to forget this. For example, people tend to forget that they are eating while they are driving. This is because we have so much on our minds that we wont even notice the plate of food on the passenger seat. It is as if we are simply not there. We are simply thinking or talking about something that has nothing to do with us.

This is also true for many other habits, routines, impulses and reactions. They keep us from being more mindful of our surroundings. They keep us from remembering about the things we do and don’t enjoy as much. They keep us from remembering that we have to eat and drink, and then that we have to go to work, and then that we should take a shower.

The good news is that there is a way to break out of the cycle. Our brains can learn to focus on the things that we need to focus on. We can learn to choose the things that we need to think about and focus on. There is a wealth of research showing that self-awareness is a powerful tool for learning, and there is a ton of research showing that having self-awareness is the key to becoming aware of how our habits, routines, impulses and reactions are impacting us.

But while I would agree that we cannot change our habits, routines, impulses and reactions, we can learn to change them. Self-awareness is a powerful tool that allows us to change our behaviors and habits when they are harming us.

If I had to make a change in my life, I would change my self-awareness and go on to become a successful businessperson or a successful tech-guy.

I get that there will be times when self-awareness is hard because it requires being conscious of the impact we are having on our lives. But I think it is quite easy to begin to gain a more conscious awareness of how habits, routines, impulses and reactions are impacting you. One way is to check in with yourself every once in a while.
