A lot of times it’s not about the knowledge of our body, it’s about the knowledge of our lack of awareness. For instance, if you were to take a pill and know that it is completely wrong, would you take it? If you were to drink alcohol, would you take it? These are all questions that could be answered by using our bodies as a test.

It’s not just about the knowledge of our bodies, its about the knowledge of our inability to know ourselves well enough to do so. The same is true of our minds. When we are completely unaware of our own thoughts and actions, then we are completely unaware of the actions of others. And by extension, that means that we are completely unaware of ourselves. But the truth is we are quite aware of our own actions, because we are our own reflection.
