This is a picture of my daughter and I in our new home. While we’ve still been here, there have been a couple of changes. The first being that the bed has been completely redone so that it looks like a piece of art, which will be super-surprising to my son as he’s still a bit of a baby.

The second major change is that this room will be redone entirely; its color scheme will be white and pale blue. It will no longer be a simple color scheme of browns, greens, and blues. Now it will be black and white.

There’s a whole post about this in the book “A Note on the Art and Design of Postcards for Kids”. The first post is the video tutorial for this blog and it got me thinking about how to make these posts. It’s the first time I’ve ever posted this on the blog since I’ve looked up this site. I’ve talked about this in other posts, but I’m not sure if it’s working.

This post will be black and white with a few bits of gray as well. Ive posted a couple of other posts at this point that have been similar in nature, and I need to decide if I want to keep it in black and white, or convert it to color at some point. I just need something to be able to distinguish the gray lines from the rest of the painting.

I think this looks great. Ive been thinking of making this a painting for a while, but Ive been too busy painting other things that Ive thought about just painting this. I can’t figure out what to do with it besides trying to figure out what I want to do with it. I guess I’ll just keep it as is.

This is a good suggestion. If you don’t want to use it for a painting, you could just stick a black border around it.

the borders are black because they are the same color as the rest of the painting. But that does mean there is no distinction for the people on the fence who are looking at the painting, because they will be able to easily tell the difference between the gray line and the rest of the borders. Or you could just use a black border.

There are two scenarios where this is a good idea. The first scenario is that a person is looking at the painting and they don’t know why it’s there, the other scenario is that the painting is on the other side of the fence. It’s like a cartoon saying to someone on the other side of the fence that “I want to paint the fence” so they will want to see that the painting is in the fence.

I prefer the second scenario because it makes the painting feel more tangible. But if it was a person looking at the painting, they would know to ask why it was there.

If you asked why the painting is on the other side of the fence, a person would know to ask why they are in the painting.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
