I think it means “things I want to do”. For instance, most people think they want to be great at playing video games.

If you’re going to be doing something with video games, you have to have some skill to do it. I mean that’s really important. What do you do with that skill? If you have a skill that requires your entire life to be awesome, then you have to be able to do that skill with some skill. You can do a lot of things with video games, but not a lot. You have to do that skill with some skill.
