The first time I learned about the three levels of self-awareness that I wanted to explore in this article was around ten years ago. My friend, who was into the self-awareness business, asked me a question.

You’re right, it’s a big question. You have to ask yourself these questions in order to find the answers—especially the ones that are already there.

I think the answer is yes. And if you are going to be self-aware, you should really be self-aware of the things you feel. These things are your body’s responses to your actions. So, if you have feelings that you want to explore, you should really be self-aware of it.

Self-awareness is the ability to have empathy for one’s internal state and to understand how our behaviors affect ourselves and those around us. The act of self-awareness is an actionable skill in itself. But I have to admit that I’m a bit dubious about the idea of a self-aware person. I think it is possible to be self-aware but I think it is an extremely challenging skill to learn. And to be fair, it takes a lot of practice.

And of course it takes a lot of practice. I don’t think anyone is too worried about mastering it. In fact, it’s actually one of the less challenging aspects of being an adult. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t a lot of motivation to learn. Even though it is difficult to master, the act of self-awareness is ultimately liberating when it comes to making choices.

It is difficult to motivate yourself to do things that you might not be good at. Take the act of self-awareness for example. It is one thing to be an unselfish person who doesn’t think about anyone else but himself. But being self-aware means to be aware of yourself, and to use that awareness to become a better person. This is a process that takes time and commitment. If you find yourself doing it all the time, it can become annoying and repetitive.

There’s no way to get the message out. While it’s tempting to go on autopilot, it’s not the right time to do it. If you don’t do it, you don’t have to do it. If you take no action at all, you are going to have to do the same thing again.

The problem of letting yourself off the hook, so to speak, is that you are not being responsible for yourself. If you don’t act, you are not responsible for it. In the same way, I don’t have to have the perfect life. I only have to get through.

This one is hard because it requires that you stop and think about the consequences of what you are doing. You are doing a great or a bad thing, just because you are going to have to live with that in the future. I am sure the more you stop and think about it, the better you will feel. In fact, it will feel good. You may even feel happy.
