I have been meaning to blog about my favorite, and certainly most successful, way to make homemade bread. I have a habit of making my own bread, and the more I have done it, the more I have become hooked on the process. I have a big bowl of the best sourdough that’s ever been made and I love to take it to work, to meetings, to friends, to family, anywhere that I can get bread.

Today I am sharing some of my favorite tips on how to make bread from scratch. These are all things I have done over the years, and I have made a lot of different kinds of bread. This is not a simple recipe, but it is definitely a great way to try something new.

It’s time to take breadmaking to the next level, and you should be doing it too. It’s not just about making a great loaf of bread. It’s about making the bread that you love. The biggest obstacle is knowing what to use to make the best bread. That first step is figuring out what you love. If you love raisins, then you need to look for whole wheat flour.

Raisins are easy to find and inexpensive, but they are mostly high in sugar and salt. This is where you have to experiment with different blends of whole wheat flour with different amounts of salt and sugar. You can also experiment with the kinds of bread you like to make, using different types of yeast, and even adding olive oil.
