Why learn the knowledge? It’s very simple, if you can even read the content, it’s going to be very hard to do.

No, this isn’t an excuse to not practice your new skill, it is an excuse to not start practicing it.

Of course, the best way to learn something new is to study other people’s skills. I mean, when you started your new job, you needed to study the skills of the other people who worked there. You needed to study the skills of the people who were already there. You needed to learn how to read body language. You needed to use your new skills to help you learn how to do things your new coworkers couldnt.
I love this. I am constantly amazed at the lack of skill in the world compared to what I’ve seen in this country. I’ve watched people walk out of the room with no knowledge of how to use the remote. I’m constantly amazed at how many people do not have the most basic of skills in the world. I can’t really blame them, I was the same way. It’s a part of life to be young and inexperienced.
In India, there are no such thing as “certificates” (actually, theyre called “certificate of skill”). The only way to achieve certain kinds of job-related skills is through a series of exams. To achieve a certificate, you must have passed a certain number of exams, usually a few hundred, every year. You can then apply for the job you want and get your certificate for free.
Its a bit like college. You can earn a certificate and apply for the job you want, apply for the job you want, earn the certificate, and be a full-fledged employee. I have a friend who went straight from college to work at an auto-parts company and became a manager.
