We all want to get something for free. There are plenty of free gift cards out there, but they’ve been a really controversial topic on the internet. So I decided just to write a letter to my friends and let them know that I’m not a fan of freebies.
It’s not even a freebie if you compare it to the likes of ‘Lucky’ and ‘Stamps’… and it’s not even an ‘amazing’ freebie that allows you to check all of your favourite online stores at once, either. It’s just some crap that you can get for free by signing up for one of Amazon’s gift card programs.
Amazon’s gift card programs are a great way to find new brands and a way to give money to people you like. But most people have never used one because they can’t afford one. That’s why I wanted to write to all of my friends to let them know I am not a fan of freebies. It just makes me feel sad.
I have to agree with you there. It just feels bad when you have to spend money on something that you would just want to get free. I know I have spent money on Amazon gift cards and just because you are getting something for free doesnt mean that you are getting something for free.
