A lot of people don’t do this because they don’t realize their bodies are actually great at doing what they do. That is a good thing. Also, we are not the only ones who are taking care of us. Hundreds of people around the world are working to take care of us, and some of them are not even aware of it. They are simply taking care of us. We are just some of them.
