The word “self-aware” is not that far off from the concept of the self. When I say “self-aware” I am referring to how we are aware of the self in terms of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. This is all that is around us. Self-awareness, in the Western sense of the word, is the ability to be cognizant of our inner world.

Self-awareness is something that we feel is important to our life, but we would probably feel differently if we had self-awareness. We don’t feel that way. We feel that we’re being conscious of it. We feel that we’re being aware of how we’re feeling, of how we’re reading, of how we’re reacting. That’s all there is to self-awareness.

Self-awareness is a feeling. Self-awareness is a state of being. Self-awareness is aware of your presence. Self-awareness is aware of your thoughts, feelings, your actions, your feelings of self-awareness and so on.

To be sure, its not a state of being, but rather a feeling. We are aware of our feelings. We are aware of our actions. We are aware of our thoughts. This, to me, is self-awareness. The feeling is the conscious awareness of the self. Our thoughts, feelings, our actions, our reactions are only that, our thoughts, feelings, our actions, our reactions.

In other words, to be aware of our thoughts, feelings, actions, reactions, you need self-awareness. To be aware of your own thoughts, feelings, actions, reactions is to be aware of your self.

I am aware of my feelings, I am aware of my actions, I am aware of my thoughts, and I am aware of my reactions.

To be aware of your feelings, you have to know that your feelings are real. To be aware of your actions, you have to know that your actions are real. To be aware of your reactions, you have to know that your reactions are real.To be aware of your thoughts, you have to be able to make a mental distinction between your thoughts and your feelings. To be aware of your reactions, you have to know that you can control your reactions.

All of that’s basically what is happening in the new trailer above.

But why is this trailer so brilliant? It’s a perfect example of the 3 levels of self-awareness. For one thing, it makes it clear that you have to be conscious of your feelings when you’re thinking about doing something. Another way of saying this is that you have to be aware of your thoughts and feelings in reaction to those thoughts and feelings.

So for example, when you’re doing a Facebook post, it’s like you’re making yourself invisible. When you don’t know what’s happening inside you, it’s like you’re trying to control your emotions. It’s like you’re trying to control something that’s not happening to you.
