The term ‘एक्सप्रेसवीपीएन’ is a Hindi word that literally means ‘Self-Awareness’. It is a Sanskrit word that means ‘Awareness of Self’. It refers to a moment in which the individual is aware of themselves.

It is a concept that is often used as a synonym for “Self-knowledge” in various parts of the world. In the West we use the term “self-awareness” to describe the state of being fully aware of your thoughts, feelings and actions. In India one often uses the term to refer to a moment in which an individual is aware of their own actions and their own thoughts.

In English, the word “awareness” is often used to describe the state of being aware of what you are doing. This isn’t really the same as self-awareness, because while self-awareness is what you are aware of yourself as you are doing things, awareness is awareness of the actions you are doing. This is why it’s so difficult to describe an activity like playing chess, or watching a movie as self-aware.

In contrast, awareness of the actions you are doing is called self-awareness. It is a much more specific and tangible state of being. To make the distinction clear, it’s not the same as “thinking” at all (although it can be).
