It’s not that I’m not aware of the fact that I’m a vegetarian but there’s a part of me that thinks I’m not really aware of it. I always used to be a vegan but then I realized that being vegan in India is a very different thing. And the fact that I’m not aware of it now makes me feel different.
Well, that is a very good point. I guess that is because I know I am not a vegan in India, or a vegetarian, or…whatever. I just know that I am not.
Being vegetarian in India is a very different thing from being a vegan. Being a vegan in India is about avoiding the most unhealthy food and the most sugary, high-fat and processed foods. A vegetarian in India is about eating what is the least harmful for us.
So you have to decide which one you want to be, which one you want to be a vegetarian in India. It’s a very different thing. If you want to be a vegetarian in India then you have to be very sure that you are not eating a lot of unhealthy food, and also that you are eating a lot of unprocessed food. What you are eating is what you are eating. And again, it is a very different thing.
This makes me wonder if in India we really have a choice about which food we eat. We have a lot of food now, and we are eating a lot of this stuff we eat. But we don’t have the choice of choosing which food we are gonna eat. And so the choice seems to be not to choose at all. Which we really don’t have. There are so many choices, so many food products you can buy, and so many ways to get it.
What we have is a lot of food products that we buy because we want it, and now there is no choice. Not only is that a huge loss, but you are also making it worse by choosing which food you eat. There is one good reason to choose what you eat: it can improve your health. And if you are eating junk food all the time, you are eating a lot of junk. You might as well eat the real thing.

A friend of mine was recently talking to a friend of hers who was eating junk food. She said, “I don’t want to die.” She was eating so much in her life that she had to change her diet. She had to give up sugar, she had to give up cheese, she had to give up meat. She had to give up a lot of other things.
Why did she start eating fruits and vegetables instead of junk food? And how did she change her diet to keep healthy? It’s a bit of a mystery.
Eating foods that are not as unhealthy as junk food will make your body much healthier. It is true that junk food is filled with fats and cholesterol and other bad stuff. But fruits and vegetables contain vitamins and minerals that are important for your health. Eating fruits and vegetables can also help you avoid some of the diseases that are often associated with junk food.
