As I discussed in the last article, we’re usually a lot more aware of who we are than our external thoughts. We’re constantly aware of the thoughts coming into our heads and the thoughts we’re choosing to put out there. Even if we’re completely aware of our thoughts and the thoughts that go with them, we’re still really not aware of our own feelings and emotions, their meanings and origins.
We are all aware of our emotions and our thoughts and beliefs, but we are so often unaware of our feelings and emotions. This is why it’s so important to have a healthy perspective of yourself. To that end, I encourage you to read the book and the game, then talk to someone with a mental health issue.

I just finished watching the trailer for Deathloop. To be honest, I’m still not sure what to think of it. Is it just another game from Arkane, where the developers are always trying to make the story up to us? Or is it something that’s actually a good game? It’s a very good game, I’m sure of that. But I am wondering how much of it is real gameplay, and how much of it is really Arkane’s version of the game.
