The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we dont control them we control us.

The reason a lot of us are on autopilot is because we’re not aware of them. In a really interesting article from The Atlantic, they write about the fact that the majority of our emotions are automatic: “How much we see, feel and think, all the time, without thinking about it. Like a television screen, our senses create a film loop: our eyes, our ears, our nose, our mouth, our body, everything that flows into our life.

But in the past, we have had the ability to be conscious and aware of our bodies and that was the ultimate step to being able to control ourselves. However, the fact is that most of us are not even aware of the fact that our body is our master. You can tell a lot by just looking at a certain person: they are always on autopilot, because they are not aware of it. Many times we may be aware of this, but not consciously aware of it.

We are aware of our bodies in the sense that we have all kinds of conscious awareness of how we feel in our body. This includes feelings of tension, happiness, pain, pleasure, anger, sadness, and so on. However, most of us are not aware of the fact that our body is our master. There is a time when we are so used to being controlled by our body that we don’t even feel it. This is the stage known as autopilot or self-awareness.

A body is our master, it gives us this sense of self. However, we feel our bodies are being controlled by something else when the feeling of our conscious awareness of being controlled by our body suddenly ends. If we look around, we could be at the beach, the park, or at a party. There is a sense of a feeling of being controlled by something in the environment and we are not consciously aware of this.

All of a sudden I’m like, “Oh, this is you.” I’m like, “Oh, well, here’s the thing.

Im like, This is you? Im like, Well, its me then.
